05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on taya7774 are subject to the general rules below as well as any sport-specific or product-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. taya7774 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of obvious system errors or manifest pricing mistakes.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

• One bonus per promotion per member, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (as a member, agent, or on behalf of another person).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other members to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors in bad faith.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160 and its amendments).
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or platform systems without authorisation.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any taya7774 content without written permission.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on taya7774.app — including but not limited to the taya7774 brand name, logo, platform design, graphics, text, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of taya7774 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal betting purposes only.
